How Music Backers supports our students

What do the Rocky River Music Backers do??

Organize parent volunteers for all aspects of the RR Music Program
Fits all RRHS musicians (vocal and instrumental) for uniforms each fall & works to alter and repair uniforms as needed
Raise funds to contribute to cost of new marching band uniforms
Raise funds for music scholarships for graduating RRHS seniors
Raise funds for summer music camp reimbursement program for students rising grades 5-11
Purchase of music, equipment and supplies for all levels of music in the school district
Sponsor commissioned musical works for RRCS ensembles
Sponsor workshops, clinicians, and enrichment activities for music students grades 5-12
Provide snacks and drinks for 3rd quarter for RRHS and visitor Marching Bands at home games
Provide dinner for Marching Band after the Front-Yard Pep Rally
Sponsor student recognition awards

Rocky River Music Backers supports the education of instrumental and vocal music programs from 5th - 12th grade
