Fundraising Dinner



Rocky River Band Backers Island Jazz Fundraiser Dinner


When:  February 25, 2024, 5 – 8 PM

Where: Rocky River Memorial Hall


On behalf of the Rocky River Band Backers, we invite you to join us for our annual fundraising dinner on Sunday, 2/25/24 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rocky River Memorial Hall. It will be a fun evening in support of the district's music program and includes:

·      Dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, and dessert.

·      Big Board Raffle. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event - every 10th number drawn wins resulting in 25 winners of gift cards of varying value from local vendors.

·      Gift Basket Raffle, 50/50 Raffle and more.

·      Most importantly, a live performance featuring students from the RRHS Jazz Ensemble and Friday Jazz Band playing live throughout the evening!



·      $50 per person

·      $380 for a Table of 8

·      Tickets available HERE.  

·      A small service fee will be applied to tickets purchased online. 


Donations Needed

We are contacting individuals and small businesses for donations of gift cards, prizes or even services to be used in the Big Board Raffle, gift baskets and/or silent auction. If YOU OWN a business and can contribute, please contact Pam Lucey at or 216-906-0283. All gift donations are greatly appreciated!



Funds Raised

Funds raised will be used to support our new marching band uniform campaign and may also be used for uniform maintenance, purchase of music, equipment, supplies, awards, snacks, workshops with clinicians, the beginning band night program, and to support music scholarship programs.
